We are a family-run company with recognised experience in the mechanization of all kinds of materials and overlay welding, in which we use many different filler materials according to customer requirements or on the basis of the study of each part, depending on its use.

ACTIVITY SECTORS

For the Petrochemical sector,
we make anti-wear coatings
both inside and outside, in nominal diameters
from 160 to 1,200 mm and thicknesses from
2 to 40 mm depending on the material.
For this purpose, we are a company certified
by the Ministry of Industry as a company
that builds and repairs pressure equipment.
We also manufacture small and large flanges
to customer specifications, as well as
tubular plates.

We are specialists in solving problems of wear
by friction, abrasion or erosion both for the Mining
sector and the quarrying and biomass companies
in parts such as kneading augers, crusher
components, blade teeth, hammer heads, nails
for mining machinery, drums,
impellers, rail sections, etc.

For the Nautical sector we manufacture and
repair tail shafts, bushes, rudder bits, guides,
pulleys, drums, gears, crane components, etc.,
and we also recuperate vaporizer valve stems
and other components by means of our special
overlay weldings.

In the Industrial sector, we can easily manufacture
or repair components for capital goods
and machinery in general, pinions and straight-cut
or spiral bevel gears, as well as moulds
in different materials.

For the Military sector,
we manufacture and repair all types of
welding tools and components for special
and defense vehicles.

For the Energy sector, we manufacture
and repair components for wind turbines
and solar panels. We also supply any
hydraulic component and manufacture
special supports for accumulators
in hydraulic power stations.
