FREQUENT QUESTIONS

In what materials and formats can bimetallic parts be manufactured?

We can supply bimetals in a multitude of materials, such as: Titanium, aluminum, steel, copper, stainless steel, etc., and in many formats: pipe, tubular plates, plates, etc.

Can you fabricate a part that is not available in a 2D drawing?

In case the client does not have a plane or a file in any 3D format, we can always manufacture the part starting from a sample, which we can scan in three dimensions and obtain an immediate 3D of the same one, in this way we take the NE dimensions For the elaboration of a 2D plane and subsequent fabrication of the piece.

Can you machine low-hardness materials or non-ferrous materials?

We mechanize all kinds of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, for example, plastics, glass fibers, Teflon, etc.

What is the maximum hardness that can be mechanized?

At present, materials can be mechanized up to 748 HB (Brinell hardness) of chip-starting hardness.

We have extensive experience in the mechanization of very hard materials and also other materials called “exotic materials”.

What size parts can be machined?

We can mechanize pieces of small and large size according to geometry, up to a maximum piece weight of 20 tons
